Blueberry muffins

To bake muffins nobody I do not need much persuading. Just a second, and is ready. Today I invite you to muffins with blueberries. Very tasty, plump and fragrant. What more could you want? Just in time for summer days. The provision of a ferret in Dorotuś comes from 'The Australian Women’s Weekly ‘Everyday cakes & cookies’.

Ingredients 8 muffinek:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 flat teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 flat teaspoon baking powder
  • 80 g of fine brown sugar
  • 150 g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 180 ml of buttermilk *
  • 125 ml of oil

In a bowl combine the dry ingredients (flour, soda, baking powder, sugar) and in the second wet (1 egg, oil, buttermilk). Combine contents of both dishes and stir in blueberries. Stir to combine the ingredients. The form of the muffin muffin cups put. Place the dough. Bake at 190 degrees by 25-30 minutes to dry stick. Cool on a wire rack.

*I did not have buttermilk so I added yogurt. The dough was very thick, I had to add half as much yogurt. This allows me to work out 15 muffinek.

Hello , jakiego typu mąkę najlepiej dodać do przepisu>? nigdy nie wiem jakie mąki są najlepsze do jakich wypieków . Pozdrawiam serdecznie i liczę na odpowiedź bo jadę właśnie kupić składniki:))

I was just muffins, because I was still in the freezer frozen blueberries. They grew beautifully, taste delicious. Sensational recipe.

Recipe tried and slightly modified the next time cooking by your own taste. Buttermilk to give the amount of flour 220 ml, bake in the oven with thermo-circulation about 16 minutes and instead give homemade blueberry jam with low sugar cherry. The favorite chocolate version add them to the dough 3 ordinary tablespoons cocoa and sugar increases the amount of 100 g. Thank you for the base recipe 🙂 I recommend buttermilk muffins to everyone and experiment with recipes 🙂

And I also dug and did. I kept the proportions the same, but I gave 200 malin g i 3 berry spoons. Kwasi muzzle nicely, but I sprinkled with powdered sugar 🙂 I did it 15 large cupcakes 🙂 Mm! Oh, there will be a feast 🙂 Thank you 🙂
