Special guest at tomorrow's meeting will be the same Robert Sowa. You do not have privy to that person's present-just to mention :
Robert Sowa is Executive Vice President of the Foundation of the elite club of the Chefs, Honorary President of the National Association of Chefs and Pastry. Moreover, a juror in many culinary competitions held in Poland and a representative from the Polish side of the jury at many prestigious culinary competitions and demonstrations around the world.

Returning to the topic – the following day to join one of five groups taking part in workshops. Announced this menu:
- composition of sushi with pickled ginger, Japanese soy sauce and wasabi
- shashliks grilled minced meat, served with a salad of peppers and onions
- Buckwheat pasta with aubergine, Parma ham and tomatoes
- Salmon marinated in Italian herbs served on aromatic apples and pears
- combry marinated lamb served with a salad of arugula and grilled cheese.
Tomorrow I hope to learn the secrets of Japanese cuisine. I measured once the home to the topic of sushi… amateurishly, based on descriptions from the web ... has never being in a Japanese restaurant. Try their hand and try to prepare something tasty. Keep your fingers crossed.
