The perfect cake for the upcoming holidays. There are different names for this delicious cake: Miodownik, Stefanka, grysikowiec. Even you can find me Štefanka. I did not like it, that has a clear tops, why today, slightly different version. The cream is not semolina, but pudding, well and in the end the cake is a color that should be. Miodownik | Honey cake

Honey Cake:

  • 600g flour
  • 300g of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of liquid honey
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 yolk
  • 300g margarine or butter (in my butter)
  • 1 heaping teaspoon baking soda

Mix flour with baking soda, add chopped margarine and other ingredients and mix to a smooth dough. Divide the 4 equal parts.
Plaque size 25x30cm baking parchment paper. Each part of the dough, roll out to measure plaque (or Wylepić cake bottom lamina).
Bake at 200 ° C for 8 – 10 minutes. After this time, remove and cool. In the same way the other bake 3 tops.
Prepare pudding mass.

Weight puddings:

  • 350g of sugar (You can give a little less, the cake is pretty sweet)
  • 1 and 1/2 liters of milk
  • 2 sugars with real vanilla
  • 350g butter or margarine (I gave butter)
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of flour
  • 4 heaped tablespoons of potato flour

With a given amount of milk and half a cup of pee stir in the flour. Boil the remaining milk with the sugar and butter. Pour the flour and distributed under vigorous stirring to cook the pudding. Cook for a while, the mass thickens. Cool. Divide the mass on 3 of.

Mam problem żeby rozmieszac 7 łyzek mąki w połowie szklanki mleka bo objętościowo mąka przewyższa mleko, czy chodzi tu moze o połowe litra mleka a nie szklanki?

Hello, wypróbowałam przepis na świętach i ciasto było wspaniałe. Mam tylko jeden problem: masa z przepisu wyszła stanowczo za rzadka, mimo że użyłam mniej mleka niż w przepisie (wydawało mi się za dużo jak na 7 tablespoons of flour!)i musiałam ją ratować dodatkowo budyniem. Było pyszne, ale chciałabym zrobić teraz ciasto jak w przepisie bez budyniu, w czym może być problem? Rodzaj mąki? % milk? whether it has any significance? I will try again, shall help her the most semolina. Regards! 😉

Dziekuje slicznie za odpowiedz…;) hmmm masa mi wyszla rzadka…i nawet mleka tyle nie dalam. Skusilam sie i mimo to ze ciasto trzesie sie jak galaretka to ukroilam kawaleczek. Is a mega delicious 😉 see tomorrow how pretty cakes are tender…moze troche stezeje your table…I hope. Because far everything running over ;/ but it is sensational recipe 🙂

Zrobilam to ciasto pierwszy raz i wyszlo perfekcyjnie. Szukalam prostego przepisu na ciasto ze wzgledu ze dopiero ucze sie piec ciasta i moge szczerze polecic nowicuszom!!!! I would recommend a recipe 😉

niestety masa wyszła za rzadka, mimo ze dałam mniej jak 1,5 liters of milk. Injury, ze nie posłuchałam wcześniejszych komentarzy.

The recipe is sensational! Without hesitation say, it's the perfect gingerbread! I tried to bake a cake with a number of other provisions, but I always came out hard tops, which were either too dense miękły, or tasted like sawdust. I made ground meal… the miraculous:) It literally melts in your mouth! Plates beautifully baked and quickly softened under the influence of the cream. Cut to perfectly and instantly disappears;)Regards
