Ingredients for approximately 20 -24 small croissants:

  • 0,5kg of wheat flour
  • 35g of fresh yeast
  • 200ml of milk
  • 5og butter
  • little more than half a cup of sugar
  • grated rind of half a lemon
  • 16g of vanilla sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 yolk

Sift flour into a bowl, make a hole in it, Pour the crushed yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar and half the milk heated. Overwhelm a small amount of flour so, in order to create consistency of thick cream. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, until the yeast will begin to foam. Melt butter in warm milk. Mortar to add all the remaining ingredients and mix to a smooth, shiny dough. If it is hard kleiło podsypać flour, but not too much, cake did not work out so strongly clumped. Let stand covered at room temperature until double in volume (with me about 1,5 hours).

Filling:

  • 1,5 glass of milk *
  • 1 sugar-free vanilla pudding
  • 1 yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • packaging with real vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 plums "Węgierek"

Additionally:

  • egg white to grease croissants

Boil a cup of milk with sugar and butter. In the remaining milk pudding spread with flour and egg yolk. To pour the boiling milk and cook mass prepared pudding. Pudding should be very thick. Set aside to cool.

Wash plums, remove the seeds and split in half.

When dough pastry board and put on again briefly to form. Divide them into 3 equal parts. Roll out each part of the cake with a diameter of about. 25 cm in diameter. Then divide the 8 triangles (so as to slice pizza). For each triangle apply a small amount of pudding (I imposed a teaspoon of tea), the plum pudding. Close, pressing the dough, pudding that has not come up and form a croissant.

Formed croissants arranged on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving gaps between them. Let stand covered for 20 minutes to rise. Grown croissants coat protein.

Bake at 190 ° C for 15 minutes. Bagels should be nicely brown. After this time, remove and cool.

*my glass = 250ml

Captured and nearly eaten. Delicious, fluffy. The best thing is they are, that even on the second day are delicious, and not as dry as a chip.

Well, came, 🙂 very cool tasty combination of prunes and custard, spróbowałabym even in a batter so the flavors combine, Maybe you have a recipe at home? Only my cake did not work out mega plump, because your the pictures seems quite fluffy, This wine can dry yeast? I greet warmly 🙂

I just yesterday wypiekałam yeast croissants .. it did with pudding pudding .. so that was added after baking .. I did not want to have surprises with content flowing…But your stuffing as you can see where he was originally to be. ..what nerds are fachura..Ślicznie look these delicacies horned 😛
