Ingredients (I came out ok. 40 pieces):
- 1/2kg of wheat flour
- 50g of yeast
- 250g soft margarine or butter
- 3/4 a glass of warm milk *
- 2 yolk (one protein to leave the grease croissants)
- 1 1 egg
- package vanilla sugar (16g)
Additionally:
- favorite jam or Nutella for stuffing
- powder sugar for sprinkling
Sift flour into a bowl, make a hole in it, Pour the crushed yeast and sugar. Pour warm milk and pour a small amount of flour so, in order to create consistency of thick cream. Allow the solution to rise, about 15-20 minutes. After this time, add remaining ingredients and form a smooth dough. The dough should be fat, but you should not stick to your hands. Remove from the pan, Roll out to a circle with a diameter of about 22-23 cm in diameter. Divide into quarters and each quarter divided in half. In one district should be created 8 triangles (so as to slice pizza). For each triangle put a teaspoon of filling, roll up to the summit, form a croissant. Ready croissants put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Coat protein.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for about. 20m per minute, up to a nice golden brown croissants. Remove from the oven, cool on a wire rack. Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Dzisiaj upiekłam rogaliki z gorzką czekoladą i są przepyszne! Do ciasta dodałam tylko 200g masła, bo akurat więcej nie miałam,dodałam troszkę więcej mleka i wyszło świetne, elastyczne ani za tłuste, ani za suche. Thank you for the recipe 🙂
