This is my first time with such a croissant. For a long time I had it in the plans, I did not have reliable provision. When I tried the croissants with Susan at the school for some fun, I knew, that's what I was looking for. Rogaliki krucho-drożdżowe | Yeast croissants

Ingredients (I came out ok. 40 pieces):

  • 1/2kg of wheat flour
  • 50g of yeast
  • 250g soft margarine or butter
  • 3/4 a glass of warm milk *
  • 2 yolk (one protein to leave the grease croissants)
  • 1 1 egg
  • package vanilla sugar (16g)

Additionally:

  • favorite jam or Nutella for stuffing
  • powder sugar for sprinkling

Sift flour into a bowl, make a hole in it, Pour the crushed yeast and sugar. Pour warm milk and pour a small amount of flour so, in order to create consistency of thick cream. Allow the solution to rise, about 15-20 minutes. After this time, add remaining ingredients and form a smooth dough. The dough should be fat, but you should not stick to your hands. Remove from the pan, Roll out to a circle with a diameter of about 22-23 cm in diameter. Divide into quarters and each quarter divided in half. In one district should be created 8 triangles (so as to slice pizza). For each triangle put a teaspoon of filling, roll up to the summit, form a croissant. Ready croissants put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Coat protein.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for about. 20m per minute, up to a nice golden brown croissants. Remove from the oven, cool on a wire rack. Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.

*my glass = 250ml

Dzisiaj upiekłam rogaliki z gorzką czekoladą i są przepyszne! Do ciasta dodałam tylko 200g masła, bo akurat więcej nie miałam,dodałam troszkę więcej mleka i wyszło świetne, elastyczne ani za tłuste, ani za suche. Thank you for the recipe 🙂

Croissants this type are certainly delicious. But I do like. It also adds a poppy, nuts or sesame topping. For sure it will use this recipe. Asiu, Yesterday I made the croissants 😉 specifically for children in the version of chocolate pudding. I came chyba40 pieces, and today was maybe 15 and it is only because, 😉 that hid them so it's probably the best proof, they are DELICIOUS, and for this quick and easy recipe for 😉 sure to repeat. I did croissants. They are not worldly! I mixed it all together and once at night in the fridge. Morning cake beautifully grown and were making good. I will only use this provision. Regards

Hell it New Year's Eve. In fact, it gets quickly. I started about 1 at night and in less than an hour later, croissants smelled throughout the house. In the middle of the dough did cynomonowe snails. New Year's guests really enjoyed baking. I did not have vanilla sugar and gave 2 tablespoons of sugar. I recommend.

They came out sensational. I made them with apples, przesmażałam that fall into jars and some of Nutella. Those with apples better for me.

I did a double portion. It came to me 117 pieces. All ground poppy, some covered with chocolate and one sprinkled with icing sugar. Heaven in my mouth. Delicious! With hand on heart I recommend 🙂 Simply delicious.

Just took out the croissants out of the oven, are really delicious. I made it in accordance with the provisions and rose marmalade. It smells around the home!
