I got the recipe from my friend Ewunia and so far feasted on the cake in its execution. I introduced only minor changes, which I gave in brackets.
Ingredients:
- 2 * cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 1,5 glass of sugar (I used brown)
- 2 slaughtered cup grated carrots on a fine mesh
- 175g butter or margarine (I gave butter)
- 2 level teaspoons of baking soda (I gave half, I really do not like a 2 This according to me too much)
- 2 flat teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (I gave the pack with real vanilla sugar)
- 4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Glaze:
- 100g melted cheese cream (użyłam Highlands)
- 100g butter
- glass granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (I gave a teaspoon of vanilla paste)
- for the decoration of walnut halves
Beat the whole eggs with sugar on the bright and fluffy. Add carrots, and gently mix. Then add the flour and other bulk ingredients. Dissolve Butter, cool, Pour the weight. Finally add the nuts and stir everything.
Plates with dimensions of 25×30 cm parchment paper for baking. Put the prepared mass and level the surface.
Put into the oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for about. 50 minutes or until dry stick. After this time, remove from the oven.
Glaze:
Butter and cheese dissolve, until light and smooth with icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Przestudzoną coat warm cake icing, decorate with walnuts halves (I coarsely chopped).

Jesli forma jest proporcjonalnie wieksza bedzie sie pieklo tak samo, moze kilka minut dluzej. Jesli forma jest tylko troche wieksza trzeba wydluzyc czas pieczenia, ciasto bedzie wyzsze.

superowe cake. I make them have some time in a row,once the lack of nuts ,baked without additives ,then smeared with cream cheese icing and sprinkled heavily roasted sunflower seeds,who gave the crunchiness. was also delicious ,disappeared in the blink of an eye. yum.

We managed to!:) Wyszło przepysznie – najpierw wymieszałam, potem domiksowałam;) zamiast cukru waniliowego dodałam łyżkę domowego ekstraktu waniliowego na rumie – całość przepyszna:)) Następnym razem jedynie zmniejszę ilość cukru w polewie, reszta, jak zawsze wspaniała! Po zmiksowaniu wyszedł kremowy. Wszystko się idealnie połączyło, tiny lumps of sugar spread out. And..., and that aroma – alcohol, vanilla, nuts, cynamon…

I live in Sweden where it is very popular cake, ztroche it is getting another topping, which in combination with an amazing taste ciastemdaje. 100 grams serka philadeplphia, 60 grams of softened butter, 2 Incomplete cups granulated sugar, lime juice, teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
