I got the recipe from my friend Ewunia and so far feasted on the cake in its execution. I introduced only minor changes, which I gave in brackets.

Ciasto marchewkowe | Carrot cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 * cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1,5 glass of sugar (I used brown)
  • 2 slaughtered cup grated carrots on a fine mesh
  • 175g butter or margarine (I gave butter)
  • 2 level teaspoons of baking soda (I gave half, I really do not like a 2 This according to me too much)
  • 2 flat teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (I gave the pack with real vanilla sugar)
  • 4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Glaze:

  • 100g melted cheese cream (użyłam Highlands)
  • 100g butter
  • glass granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (I gave a teaspoon of vanilla paste)
  • for the decoration of walnut halves

Beat the whole eggs with sugar on the bright and fluffy. Add carrots, and gently mix. Then add the flour and other bulk ingredients. Dissolve Butter, cool, Pour the weight. Finally add the nuts and stir everything.

Plates with dimensions of 25×30 cm parchment paper for baking. Put the prepared mass and level the surface.

Put into the oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for about. 50 minutes or until dry stick. After this time, remove from the oven.

Glaze:

Butter and cheese dissolve, until light and smooth with icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Przestudzoną coat warm cake icing, decorate with walnuts halves (I coarsely chopped).

Delicious cake, fragrant gingerbread. Next time I will do with cinnamon alone, I will have a comparison, which tastier. And the mass is simply amazing. However, I reduced the amount of sugar in the batter to 1 glasses and by weight to 3/4 glasses and for our palate it was quite sweet. Thank you for the recipe and recommend it to others.

Jesli forma jest proporcjonalnie wieksza bedzie sie pieklo tak samo, moze kilka minut dluzej. Jesli forma jest tylko troche wieksza trzeba wydluzyc czas pieczenia, ciasto bedzie wyzsze.

superowe cake. I make them have some time in a row,once the lack of nuts ,baked without additives ,then smeared with cream cheese icing and sprinkled heavily roasted sunflower seeds,who gave the crunchiness. was also delicious ,disappeared in the blink of an eye. yum.

We managed to!:) Wyszło przepysznie – najpierw wymieszałam, potem domiksowałam;) zamiast cukru waniliowego dodałam łyżkę domowego ekstraktu waniliowego na rumie – całość przepyszna:)) Następnym razem jedynie zmniejszę ilość cukru w polewie, reszta, jak zawsze wspaniała! Cudowny blog:)) Niedługo zabieram się za Twoje pierniki. Już ne mogę się doczekać:))) Thank you and greetings.

The best recipe from found on the web. I love this cake!!! I do not topping of melted cheese, but with the type of cheese Philadelphia, not only did I add butter, sugar and vanilla, it is very delicious. Hi! I live in Sweden where it is very popular cake, ztroche it is getting another topping, which in combination with an amazing taste ciastemdaje. 100 grams serka philadeplphia, 60 grams of softened butter, 2 Incomplete cups granulated sugar, lime juice, teaspoon of vanilla sugar. All mix and spread on pastry. Dough should also add a teaspoon of karamonu.

Very good cake, really delicious, better than gingerbread.

I have good news for limiting fats. The first time I did it I forgot to add butter to the dough (I did not give absolute grams of butter) and still came out pretty good!

and I baked a cake and I was one of those who flinched at the mere thought .. as with carrots… and on top of this sauce with cheese?? council can not, not possible, This can not be good.. and here after baking.. actually very delicious, like a little taste of gingerbread, and this topping?
