Ciasto marchewkowe | Carrot cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 * cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1,5 glass of sugar (I used brown)
  • 2 slaughtered cup grated carrots on a fine mesh
  • 175g butter or margarine (I gave butter)
  • 2 level teaspoons of baking soda (I gave half, I really do not like a 2 This according to me too much)
  • 2 flat teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (I gave the pack with real vanilla sugar)
  • 4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Glaze:

  • 100g melted cheese cream (użyłam Highlands)
  • 100g butter
  • glass granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (I gave a teaspoon of vanilla paste)
  • for the decoration of walnut halves

Beat the whole eggs with sugar on the bright and fluffy. Add carrots, and gently mix. Then add the flour and other bulk ingredients. Dissolve Butter, cool, Pour the weight. Finally add the nuts and stir everything.

Plates with dimensions of 25×30 cm parchment paper for baking. Put the prepared mass and level the surface.

Put into the oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for about. 50 minutes or until dry stick. After this time, remove from the oven.

Glaze:

Butter and cheese dissolve, until light and smooth with icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Przestudzoną coat warm cake icing, decorate with walnuts halves (I coarsely chopped).

Hello, if I was baking in a baking tray measuring 36×23,5×6 whether cooking time should be reduced / increased?? and whether the amount of ingredients will be whether there will be ser cheap cake? very please answer, I would like them to bake for the holidays 🙂

pachnialo super, wyglada super, tylko ze to mi smakuje jak murzynek a nie marchewkowe. Moze mam za duze lyzki i sypnelam zbyt duzo kakao. Ale z polewa kawowa tez pyszniutkie! Kiedys sprobuje jeszcze raz.

Mam w piekarniku ciasto marchewkowe i pieklam juz 50 minut a patyczek mokry.Marchewke troche odcisnelam z soku ale nie za bardzo zeby ciasto nie bylo za suche.I co teraz mam zrobic? Piec dalej?na razie dalam na 10 minut jeszcze i chyba tak az patyczek bedzie suchy?Prosze o rade bardzo
