Heat the milk, add sugar and crushed yeast and good rub. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, until the yeast will work. Melt butter and cool. The dough form a ball, put into a large bag (Folic), tie and put into a bowl of very cold water. Let stand for about 20 minutes to rise (the dough should double in volume) – dough will rise to the surface, then it is ready. When dough out of the bag, divided into 4 of. Roll out each piece of the cake with a diameter of about 30cm. Divide the 8 triangles (in order to, how to slice a pizza). On the basis of each of the triangles put a teaspoon of jam. Roll croissants from the base to the summit.
Croissants put on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Allow to stand for 20 minutes to rise. Before baking, spread with beaten egg.
