Ciasto biszkoptowe ze śliwkami | Sponge cake with plums

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs (separate the yolk and the egg white)

  • 1 cup flour (160g)
  • 1,5 glass of potato flour (270g)
  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla paste
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

Additionally:

  • about 1kg plums węgierek
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • teaspoon of cinnamon
  • almond flakes according to your taste
