As the saying goes, Third time lucky, So I baked them for the third time. This time with a firm commitment that I will defend her breast, if needed. It worked and now I can finally share them with you. These are delicate, fluffy and incredibly tasty. They perfectly fit the jam, and ham. Aaa! And we make it an express. I recommend you very much, just watch, I will not stop at one:)
The recipe comes from the blog Kornik w kuchni.
Ingredients 16 very large croissants:
- 600g of wheat flour
- 30g of fresh yeast
- 200ml of warm water
- 200ml of buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1,5 teaspoons of sugar
- 1,5 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder
Additionally:
- 1 egg spread on croissants
Sift flour into a bowl, mix with salt, powder and sugar. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Pour all wet ingredients to dry and form a smooth dough. Let stand covered at room temperature 20 minutes. After this time, remove the dough from the bowl, short to form, divided into two parts. Roll out each part of the circle with a diameter of about 25 cm in diameter. Then divide the 8 triangles, so as to slice pizza (together 16). Each triangle collapse, starting from the base and form a crescent. Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover with a cloth and let stand for about 30 minutes until puffed up. Before baking, spread with beaten egg.
Bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes, to a nice golden brown. After this time, remove from the oven, cool.

I just finished doing – delicious. They taste so, how they look. These soft. The only problem (in addition to the lack of roller and work surface) I had a very sticky dough – but solved it dosypując and dosypując and dosypując flour. Ahaa I did not have a baking paper on a baking sheet greased but they are delicious oil:)

I have a question …what is added baking powder and yeast are already?? powder is generally not healthy ,Yeast also do not like ,But once you use it after every one second? not the same yeast will grow? I greet
