Inspiration Just My Delicious
Ingredients for the sponge: (two bottoms with a diameter 20 cm in diameter, this cake is needed 6 such tops)
- 3 eggs
- half a cup of caster sugar
- half a cup of plain flour
- 2 heaped tablespoons of potato flour
Whip egg whites to a stiff mass, at the end of churning add the sugar, add one egg whisking all the time. Finally, pour the sifted flour and gently stir in egg (I did it at low speed mixer).
Divide the dough into half. Added to each of the selected dye.
Put the bottom cake tin with a diameter of two 20 cm with baking paper. Transfer to the prepared mass of them.
Bake at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes or until dry stick. Cool 5 minutes, then gently remove the springform pan and put on rack to cool completely.
Mass to translate:
- 4 250g mascarpone cheese after each
- 350 ml double cream
- 100g of icing sugar (as you like sweet pulp that can give more)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whip the heavy cream, at the end add the powdered sugar, then add the mascarpone and beat together and fluffy (I immediately slaughtered all together).
