Fruit Muffins with Streusel

Muffins with fruit and bread crumbs

Today's muffins were created with the needs of the moment. I had to quickly bake the dough and the time I did not have too much. In this case, choice is always reliable muffins. And this time it did not disappoint me. Delicious, moist and springy in the middle, fragrant summer and on top of crispy crumble. What could be better? I recommend!

The recipe comes from the book ‘Muffinki’.

Muffinki owocowe z kruszonką

Ingredients 16 muffinek:

  • 250g of wheat flour
  • 120g melted butter
  • 120g of sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 300g sour cream ( I used 18%)
  • 200g of any fruit (in my raspberries and blueberries)

In a bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, soda, sugar, salt. In the second all wet: cream, 1 egg, melted butter. The contents of the two vessels connected together so, that all the ingredients were moist. Do not mix too long and carefully, it will fall after baking muffins. Finally, gently stir in fruit.

The form of the muffin cups or muffin put grease smear and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cake molds to fill 3/4 of. On top sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Crumble:

  • 100g of wheat flour
  • 80g of sugar
  • 60g melted butter

All the ingredients together to form between the toes, in order to, in order to create crumble.

Bake at 190 ° C for 20 – 25 minutes. Allow to przestudzenia on 5 minutes, then remove from the molds and cool on a wire rack.

Everyone raving about, but no one says how it tastes. Tried it and I have to admit, they are a delicious, It is made quickly, and always go out (I made 6 times). I made with blueberries, raspberries, and once I had a remnant of canned peaches and also were very good. The provision recommended for all beginners in baking. I greet

Muffins with fruit, is by far my favorite. They look wonderfully, crumble and adds to the charm.
