Ingredients 16 muffinek:
- 200g of pumpkin mousse
- 180g flour
- 100g of finely chopped pecan nuts (I used Italian)
- 100g of sugar cane
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 300g buttermilk ( I had just, replaced the yoghurt)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- pinch of salt
The flesh of pumpkin cut into cubes, Stew in a small amount of water for 10 minutes. Drain and mix the mousse.
Traditionally, as the muffins in a bowl mix all the dry ingredient: flour, nuts, sugar, spices, baking powder, baking soda and salt, in the second wet: buttermilk, pumpkin mousse, oil and egg. Mix the contents of both vessels, only to connect the components.

Bake at 180 ° C for 20 – 25 minutes or so of dry stick.
