Ingredients for approximately 40 cakes:
- 125 g butter, softened
- 160 g brown sugar
- 1 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 185 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 35 g cocoa
- 85 g chopped raisins (with me without raisins)
- 95 g of milk chocolate chips (or chopped milk chocolate)
- 75 g of white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
- 75 g of dark chocolate chips (or chopped bittersweet chocolate)
Mix soft butter with egg, sugar and vanilla extract. Pour beaten to pulp the remaining dry ingredients and mix. Finally, stir in chocolate and raisins.
The dough forować walnut-sized balls. Arrange on baking paper lined baking sheet. Lightly flatten. Leave space between the cookies ok 5 cm in diameter, because when baking cakes firmly to the sides rozrosną.
Bake at 170 ° C for about 10 minutes. After baking the cakes are very soft, ok wait 5 minutes before we extrapolate them to the grid.
Enjoy!
