Ingredients 15 – 18 large cakes:
- 250g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces (100g + 100g + 50g)
- 100g milk chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 75g light muscovado sugar
- 85g butter, softened
- 100g of peanut butter with bits of peanuts
- 1 1 egg
- half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 100g of wheat flour
- 1/3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
- 100g salted peanuts
100g of dark chocolate dissolved in a water bath. Add the sugar, butter, peanut butter, 1 egg, vanilla extract and mix well. Pour baking soda, baking powder, flour, bitter chocolate (100g) and milk and peanuts. Thoroughly mix.
