I do not know anyone, Who would not like fresh, still warm bread for breakfast. I know, it is not always on time, but on the weekend we can afford a little luxury. So I prepared for you a recipe for the perfect croissant. Perfect for a lazy breakfast. Fragrant, with a crispy crust, sprinkled with poppy seeds. Their only disadvantage is, that disappear too quickly! It gets straight, although until recently I was unaware of, as it should be rolled croissants, to have such a beautiful appearance and so many turns, that we can develop eating – I do like :). And if you have mastered the art of folding, This has nothing stands in the way you, to and in your house hosted so beautiful croissants. I myself am very proud of their! And of course, I recommend you very much!

Croissants Breakfast

Ingredients 8 large croissants:

  • 200g of wheat flour bread
  • 300g of wheat flour
  • teaspoon of sugar
  • 15g of fresh yeast (must be added dry half the)
  • 1,5 teaspoon salt
  • tablespoon oil
  • 150ml of milk
  • 100 – 150ml of water (depending on flour, pour water gradually until the right consistency of dough)

Additionally:

  • poppy seeds for sprinkling

For mixing bowl sift the flour, make a hole in it, Pour the crushed yeast, sugar and pour over warm (not hot!) milk. Overwhelm a small amount of flour so, in order to create consistency of thick cream (how to make yeast immediately in a bowl). Let stand covered for 20m minutes until the solution grows. After this, time to add all the other ingredients and knead a smooth dough. Let stand covered at room temperature, to double in volume (about 1,5 hours). When the dough doubles in volume, remove it from the bowl and knead briefly – in order to get rid of air bubbles. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. With each piece to form a ball and then roll it fairly thin on the oval, rolling out only in one way (top- bottom, nie na boki). After rounding, collapse from the top, with the other hand at the same time a little stretching the dough, turns to be the most. Shape into a crescent. Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let stand for about 20 minutes to the pretty pompous. Before baking croissants spread with milk and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake at 220 ° C for 15-20 minutes, to a nice golden brown in. Remove from the oven, cool on a wire rack.

This morning I made these bagels and had a delicious breakfast .. warm croissants with fig jam and honey lavender 😉 pride. The only thing that changed is the flour bready ( because I had just such a home ) Whole wheat flour.. and came , beautifully grown. Recipe really successful, Thanks Regards 🙂,

Witam PayPal Asia. I am among other things, that infected, because our Jolcia not only spoil me. First devour eyes and then we take for consumption. By Jagodzianki and croissants (fantastic recipe checks will also discuss the hot dogs, not punched anything from the inside, only together with sausage , cheese and roasted onion gratin) family is killing me. Insanity, divine!!! They lie on the table itself, and so what I'm going is a szkubnę. Delights. I think actually the best croissants we ever did 😀 p.s can delete a voice? Because I'm writing from the cell and wanting to enlarge the text depresses the 2 at the stars, and now I can not vote again :(((
