Schmalzgebäck - kwadratowe pączusie | Schmalzgebäck - German donuts

Ingredients for approximately. 40 pieces:

  • 270g flour (I had to sprinkle a half cup)
  • pinch of salt
  • 110g of sugar (for me it was far too much, the second time, and I gave 80g, that enough is enough)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 17g of fresh yeast
  • 180ml of milk
  • 50g of pure fat (or vegetable fat, I gave 30g fat)
  • 1 small egg
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel

Additionally:

  • powder sugar for sprinkling
  • about 1 liter of oil for frying

Sift flour into a bowl, make a hole in it, Pour the yeast and a tablespoon of crushed sugar. Pour a small amount of warm milk and flour so overwhelm, in order to create consistency of thick cream. Allow to stand for 15 minutes, until the solution moves. In the remaining fat milk dissolved. Mortar to add the remaining ingredients and mix to a smooth dough. If too much kleiło, sprinkle flour. Let stand covered at room temperature, about 30 minutes. Cake at this time should be slightly podrosnąć. Hello,
Super pączusie. My family hailed them “Bobkami”. I did it the second time and we all love it. My daughter, little kuchareczka – 3 years old, trim and recently helped translate, Family word husband fry cooking. Daughter of them said my favorite. pączusie look tempting, I've never done a large buds, but I feel like these kruszynki. I discovered your blog before Christmas and was not comforted me your resignation. At my table Christmas debuted mascarpone cake with cherries, folks was impressed. For sure I'll bake it more than once. Regards

Asiu, I pytanko. First how would you best vegetable fat instead of lard recommending? and how fat they smazylas paczusie? I do pączusie for the first time and those I just like, So I can kinda silly pytanko another hard fat is broken or how you throw them? and whether to rotate?
