Easy Apple Pie

Easy, known and popular. I like it as well. It is delicious. I've made it the first time 10 years ago, or better. I watched a program on television and one of the actresses told, and his favorite, instant cake. At first I did not believe, that with these few ingredients, and it can easily go the normal, tasty cake, but quickly changed my mind. Szarlotka sypana | Easy apple pie

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 1,5 glass* of flour
  • 1,5 glass of semolina
  • 3/4 glass of sugar (This time I used brown)
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 150g butter frozen by 2 godziny w zamrażarce**

Apple mass:

  • 1,5 kg of apples (najlepiej soczystych)
  • 1,5 teaspoon cinnamon (someone like, stronger taste can give more)
  • 16g of vanilla sugar (or with real vanilla)
  • 5 – 6 tablespoons of sugar (depending on the type used apples)

Peel the apples, cut out the core and grate on the coarse mesh. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Divide into two equal parts.

Flour, barley, powder sugar and mix thoroughly. Divide the 3 equal parts. The bottom of the springform pan with a diameter 24 cm parchment paper for baking, Grease the sides of the fat. At the bottom of the first part of the pour the mixture and put half of the apples. In the second part of the spill apple mixture and put apples again. Apples cover the remainder of the mixture. At the top of the coarse mesh grate butter. I also do holes in the dough, stick to the skewers, saturated with the butter to the bottom.

Oven with hot air at 180 ° C for about 1 hour. The cake should be nicely flushed.

Hi. Już dawno słyszłam o tej szarlotce ale nie miałam odwagi spróbować. Dopiero nie dawno sie odważyłam i wyszła super!!! Delicious and I ate so fast 🙂 heat because the smell was enticing.

I added 1/4 butter to the dough and it came out kind of crumbled – the rest according to the recipe (the brown sugar) , delicious and came as pictured (its also done photo). Thanks for the recipe – sensational way to filling and two layers of apples just to check. Regards.

Apple pie tested! She brilliantly yesterday 🙂, cake sooooo crisp and crunchy (especially at the sides and on top). I only gave it more grits and flour, because I wanted to batter was thicker (much like the). I gave the duużo more butter as zaleciłaś- each layer sprinkled with grated 🙂 after that, I had a little water the water because it was a little juicy apples. I am a so-called “idiot” when it comes to cooking cakes and stuff – Peel the potatoes and cut onions to me hard to – I was the hardest thing has just peel apples :D:D – do not laugh. In any case hard to believe that somebody this cake did not work out for me I was delighted naewet – poorly cooked but I like to eat well – the rest of my family also 😀 ♥ this apple pie

Apple pie is great!
I've done it many times,always comes.
It is best to gray renety,very juicy,tangy with a hint of sweetness.
It is good to leave the apples mixed with spices for a long time to let go juice,then apple pie does not go dry:)

If someone szarlotkawyszła too dry, I suggest next time you get more apples. I usually do a larger number than in the recipe and never disappointed. I would recommend this cake is quick and tasty.

Unfortunately, I did not come this pie – bottom layer after baking is still unbound flour, porridge, baking powder, etc.. 🙁 and in the second layer there were squares of unbound ingredients here and there 🙁 Perhaps the reason was the addition of slightly cooked apples, rather than the raw, but I do not know. And that was pretty much wet, So I do not know why this problem appeared, the more the layers are really thin flour. jak mogła wyjść skoro podgotowała Pani jabłka ???

w przepisie jasno jest napisane, że mają być surowe, tylko takie mają w sobie odpowiednią ilość soku, aby ten w piekarniku dopiero związał składniki.

Jeżeli ktoś modyfikuje przepis to nie może oczekiwać, że mu zawsze wyjdzie … to chyba jasne.
Moją właśnie wyciągnęłam…is perfect … <3 według przepisu – without modification 😛

Probably because the author forgot to add a provision, EVERY film that stream to loose a few flakes of butter, on top of a few. Bind fat dry part and the cake does not crumble.

One of my favorite cakes! This is done quickly and despite a few ingredients taste sensational! This crispy crust, mmm yummy! I agree with przedmówczynią, that pie taste best right now, autumn:)
I do not give baking powder, and grated apples before lining the cake filtration in a sieve, if you are baking a cake does not flood the oven:)

Hello , I instead 3/4 I add a cup of sugar 1,5 cup sugar with flour and groats and already I add apples, These beautifully from a mixture of sugar przesiąkną. apple pie is quick and delicious. muffin as I also recommend. served with real whipped cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. debauchery in broad daylight.
