Some time ago, My close friend asked me, if I knew the recipe for long fingers, sprinkled with poppy seeds, sesame or salt, She is such a thing because I remember from my childhood and would happily give you the taste reminded. I figured, that it had to go just about bread fingers, So I looked, rummaged and found. Aaa, that just chose to visit her, I decided to surprise her. Ann, This recipe is for you!
Fingers are perfect for snack, adults will like them both, and children. I recommend you very much.
Ingredients for approximately 20 toes:
- 500g of wheat flour bread (I just do not, So I gave a simple)
- 15g of fresh yeast
- Spoon barley malt or honey
- 2 Extra Vergine łyżki oliwy
- 300ml of warm water
- teaspoon of salt
Additionally:
- sesame, poppy seeds or salt for sprinkling
In a small bowl, mix yeast, malt (or honey) and oil with 125ml of hot water. Allow to stand for 10 minutes to the foaming. In a large bowl, mix flour with salt, add foamed yeast and enough water, to produce the soft dough (for me it was all the remaining water). Knead until, until dough is smooth and elastic (by 8 – 10 minutes). The kneaded dough covered with a cloth and allow to stand for 1,5 hours in a warm place, to double in volume. After this time, divide the dough 20 and form part of the rollers with a length of approximately 30 cm in diameter. Ready-rollers put on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt or poppy seeds.
Bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes, until they are crispy and browned.
Enjoy!
