  • 3kg of apples
  • cup sugar ( depending on the apple, You can give more or less)
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of potato flour

Washed apples and cut into quarters. Carve a jack. Place sliced ​​apples in a large pan, pour a little water and stew. When softened, add the sugar and cinnamon and simmer further. Apples should be very soft, but be careful not to be done “mush”. You should see the pieces of apple. Finally add the potato flour and sauté a minute more, stirring.

Plaque size 25x35cm baking parchment paper. Put the bottom half of the prepared dough, sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs to absorb moisture from the apples. It put the weight of apple. All cover the second part of the cake.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 1 hour. After cooling, sprinkle cake with powdered sugar.

I only have one question . My favorite dough sheet(20x 37 or something like that ) It is a little bigger and just wanting me to the top of the dough. How to increase the amount of dough without disturbing proportions? Thank you for your response
