Cream sand cake

Easter holidays are approaching us with great strides, and knowing me, surprise me again and did not have time with all, what I have planned. But I have for you a delicious grandmother. Although the blog is already some suggestions on various Bundt cakes, However, the sand cake does not yet have. This is very tasty, smells, and to do it quickly. Trained eye spotted, that my cake decided to do my trick and showed a teeny zakalec (en: raw cake?). It is very strange, it only came out on a piece of plantain and repair very small… Still, I recommend you a very, maybe this year was this cake will settle on your Easter table.

The recipe comes from the book "Polish Cuisine '.

Babka śmietankowa | cream sand cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 glass* of flour
  • 1/2 glass of potato flour
  • 2 packing cream pudding without sugar (at 35g each)
  • heaped teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 eggs (separate the yolk and the egg white)
  • 125g butter, softened
  • glass granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of sweet cream 12%

Cream the butter and sugar to a light and fluffy, then add one egg, mixing thoroughly after each. When the ingredients have combined slowly pour the cream and continue to mix it. Flours, pudding and baking powder sieve and add to the weight of. Thoroughly mix the, not for long. Proteins beat stiff and add to the dough. Gently mix the whole.

Form small size 25x11cm cakes smear fat and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Transfer the dough.

Bake in oven at 180 ° C for 45 minutes. The top should be nicely grandmother flushed. It can also easily cracked, but so are grandmothers:). Remove from the oven, cool, Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Hello sweet babeczko. The approach to this grandmother had twice – for the first time but came delicious zakalec, the second time I listened to your advice, to bake in setting up – down and left outstanding and …. WITHOUT ZAKALCA!!! 🙂 🙂

Hopelessness, Yet these components do not connect at all! The author had better begin by learning proper Polish, and then takes to cook. When you change the recipe according to your wishes somehow it looks. I do not recommend.

Already disgusted, even year. I fell in love! Bosco smak. Only a very sweet, and gave already 3/4 cup granulated sugar and the next time (oj will certainly!) ladies only 1/2 glasses. Pride, pride!

It is possible that the fault type of sugar. I read the comments and also try to do for chocolate pudding and the rest unchanged. Yum!

Asieczko needs help. 2 times I did this old woman, and every time I go like undercooked . Today, baked longer, and the same effect. Pastries of your rules I always came out so I think ,something that shook the proportions may have ingredients in grams ? Because glasses with me no 🙁

And you think, I can skip the puddings / replace potato flour? And that this edition of Polish cuisine and ew. authorship? Because it seems to me, the year in my 60 It did not exist in the pudding bags 🙂 though I do not have it at hand now
