It has long had the desire not. As soon began to appear on the blog carnival rules. But as it usually is, time there was and there were various other things to do (even apple pie which landed in the basket!). Historically, very often in my house was getting these oponki, because all of them przepadaliśmy. I must admit, that alone did it for the first time. They are delicious. Soft and light. The recipe is as old as the world, always with this and only this provision did oponki my Mom. I recommend a very!

Oponki serowe

Ingredients for approximately 30 – 35 Randy (depending on size of cup):

  • 0,5 kg curd semi- (I used already ground at the ankles)
  • 0,5 kg of flour
  • 3 yolk
  • 1 flat teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • half glass (125ml) of sour cream (I used 18%)

Grind or squeeze cheese by Prague. Sift the flour and mix with remaining ingredients dense but soft dough. Sprinkle the pastry board with flour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0,5 cm in diameter. Trim glass discs, a glass of funds. Fry in hot oil on both sides to golden brown. My oponki came to me pretty toasted, I had some problems finding the right oil temperature:) But still delicious. And in fact were.

Oponki came 🙂 Instead of the usual delicious curd cheese to cheesecake I used the bucket. I refrain, to not eat all 😉

I did half and half cream cheese quark-Philadephia with IEM (which is more like a cheese curd than the homogenized;) and tasted great!! Probably later this week to throw this blog will be able to evaluate itself:)
