The recipe is as old as the world, always with this and only this provision did oponki my Mom. I recommend a very!
Ingredients for approximately 30 – 35 Randy (depending on size of cup):
- 0,5 kg curd semi- (I used already ground at the ankles)
- 0,5 kg of flour
- 3 yolk
- 1 flat teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- pinch of salt
- half glass (125ml) of sour cream (I used 18%)
Grind or squeeze cheese by Prague. Sift the flour and mix with remaining ingredients dense but soft dough. Sprinkle the pastry board with flour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0,5 cm in diameter. Trim glass discs, a glass of funds. Fry in hot oil on both sides to golden brown. My oponki came to me pretty toasted, I had some problems finding the right oil temperature:) But still delicious. And in fact were.
These tiny balls, that arise after excision of Randy, you can knead again, or fry like me, Such tiny. I like them very much, on one Kesik. Always in the house were not to brawl:)

I did half and half cream cheese quark-Philadephia with IEM (which is more like a cheese curd than the homogenized;) and tasted great!! Probably later this week to throw this blog will be able to evaluate itself:)
