Being the eternal diet, I decided to find something, what I could eat without so great remorse. I came across these cookies with Dorothy in 'Moje Wypieki' and decided to check, or healthy cakes can be good and ... are. Few sweet, and the addition of dark chocolate adds flavor. I recommend to all, who like me can not help but resort to the sweetness.
Ingredients for approximately 30 – 35 pieces of cookies:
- 90g butter, softened
- 60g brown sugar
- 20g grated coconut
- 25g bran (replaced the oatmeal)
- 1 beaten egg
- 120g wholemeal flour
- 75g of wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 100g dark chocolate melted in a water bath
Beat butter and sugar and fluffy. Add egg and beat on. The mass add the remaining ingredients, except chocolate and mix.
The resulting mass of small balls do, arrange on a baking tray, flatten with a fork.
Bake at 180 ° C for 10 – 12 minutes until light golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
