Cake with white chocolate

Ingredients for light sponge cake:

  • 4 eggs (separate the yolk and the egg white)

  • half a cup of plain flour +2 tablespoons
  • 3 tablespoons of potato flour

Beat the whites to stiff peaks with a pinch of salt, at the end of churning add the sugar in batches, then add one egg, whisking all the time. Sift the flour and add the beaten egg,. Bake in oven preheated to 175 ° C for about 35 minutes or so. dry stick. After this time, remove and leave to cool completely. Cut into three tops (only two are needed).

Chocolate broken into small pieces and dissolved in a water bath (place the bowl of chocolate over a pan of boiling water, bowl does not touch the water). Allow to cool.

Mascarpone cheese and heavy cream mix together, at the end of whipping add the melted chocolate and mix until fluffy.

Bright top place on paterze, put some weight and level, cover with dark counter, put another part of the weight, align, cover with a light sponge cake, the top and sides of cake also smear mass. You can at this stage finish and decorate the cake as desired, but you can also do this band of white chocolate as directed on the cake. It is not difficult.

Headband with white chocolate:

Dissolve in a water bath and two half plates of white chocolate (250g). Measure the circumference of the cake and its height. Dzisiaj zrobiłam ten krem, ale niestety kiedy dodałam czekoladę do masy to zrobiły się czekoladowe “grudki”. Czy czekolada była za ciepła czy w czym tkwi problem?

Ja miałam ten problem z czekoladami milka chociaż czekolada była wystudzona to krem i tak się ważył. Zawsze kupuję białą zwykłą czekoladę w lidlu jest bardzo dobrej jakości i krem zawsze wychodzi, I made the cake a few times

Brilliant recipe! Used a few days ago, to this as my first cake in my life and came out brilliantly, My 🙂 all tasted was performed to celebrate the birthday of her husband, So I cut out the biscuits in the shape of heart, and believe decorated the chocolate cream, It nicely presented in combination with a dark sponge 😛
