Rainbow Cake

Ingredients for the sponge: (two bottoms with a diameter 20 cm in diameter, this cake is needed 6 such tops)

  • 3 eggs
  • half a cup of caster sugar
  • half a cup of plain flour
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of potato flour

Whip egg whites to a stiff mass, at the end of churning add the sugar, add one egg whisking all the time. Finally, pour the sifted flour and gently stir in egg (I did it at low speed mixer).

Divide the dough into half. Added to each of the selected dye.

Put the bottom cake tin with a diameter of two 20 cm with baking paper. Transfer to the prepared mass of them.

Bake at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes or until dry stick. Cool 5 minutes, then gently remove the springform pan and put on rack to cool completely.

Mass to translate:

  • 4 250g mascarpone cheese after each
  • 350 ml double cream
  • 100g of icing sugar (as you like sweet pulp that can give more)
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whip the heavy cream, at the end add the powdered sugar, then add the mascarpone and beat together and fluffy (I immediately slaughtered all together).

Not translate ready custard thick layers of sponge cake. Decorate top of cake and sides.

Tort jest super! Wczoraj upiekłam blaty-tylko czerwony wyszedł ciemny ale różowy. Chce go ozdobić bita śmietana z mascarpone. Or 3 serki i jedna śmietana wystarcza?

Tak na krem do środka. A mi chodzi ze chce zrobić tort boki i na wierzchu np różyczki czy łezki i nie wiem jaka ilość kremu jest potrzebna na to. Thank you

Poprzedni komentarz mi gdzies zniknął. Ja rozumiem ze sa podane proporcje na krem do środka. But in August I asked for decoration such as scales or roses on the sides of the cake. And that's why I wanted to know whether additional cream and 3 cheese will be sufficient. Thank you

robiłam tort na 4 birthday of my most beloved goddaughter 🙂 He went fantastic 🙂 I did it in the pan 24 cm in diameter, więc biszkopt kręciłam z przepisu na tort milky way, but it came out great 🙂 ordered dyes Wilton, tak jak wszyscy polecali i generalnie muszę powiedzieć, że kolory wyszły całkiem ok. Zobaczymy jak będzie mi się pracowało z nimi na pozostałych cukierniczych masach (lukry i kremy). Znalazlam ten przepis szukając tortu na mogje urodziny. Lubię piec i wszyscy o Tim wiedza więc potrzebowalam czegoś ohh ahh szokujacego. Pomyślałam o tęczy. Wszędzie blaty były z jakiegoś ucieranego ciasta które wydawało mi się dość ciężkie a my lubimy coś lżejszego. Trafiając tutaj znalazłam idealny tort dla mnie. Nawet nie myslalam że biszkopt można też wykorzystac. Zastanawiałam się tylko czy nie użyć proszku do pieczenia. Pierwsze blaty upiekłam z przepisu. Drugie już z proszkiem. Czekam aż przestygna i będę patrzeć które lepsze. No i do drugich dodalam olejek pomaranczowy. Do trzecich dodam olejek migdalowy. Bo uwielbiam olejki w ciastach… read more »
