Encouraged by the success I decided to bake bread buns. Finding a provision was not difficult, as soon as possible so I turned to work, I accidentally changed her mind not to. Buns are easy to make. Ingredients for approximately. 8 pieces:

  • 150g active sourdough rye, dokarmionego 10-12 h. earlier

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds (Optional – I have not added a)

Dissolve yeast in water and mix with yeast. Add olive oil, i Sol miód. Gradually add the flour so, give rise to a smooth dough. If you add the seeds, This should be done at this time.

Grease a bowl with olive oil and transfer the dough to it. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise. The dough should double in volume. After this time, naoliwionymi hands slightly detached pieces of dough and roll forming. Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving about. 4cm spacing.

Bake at 230 ° C for about 12 minutes. After removing from oven to cool on a wire rack.

Hello. I would like to bake the rolls, but without the addition of drożdży.Czy if not I'll add yeast, This bread also come?
