- 4 eggs (separate the yolk and the egg white)
- 250g of icing sugar
- 400g grated coconut
Whip egg whites to stiff peaks, at the end of churning add the sugar in batches, and yolk. Finally, pour the coconut and mix thoroughly. Apply a spoon on a lined baking tray with baking paper.
Bake at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes, to a nice golden brown. After this time, remove from the oven and leave to cool down.
