After Christmas I decided to look for something overfeeding, quick and tasty, something, which would also work on New Year's Eve imprezce. It has long caught my eye this recipe and now is a great opportunity to try it. I found it in the book "Baking cakes', was in 'New Year's Eve'. Ingredients (Large bowl of squares):
- 400g of wheat flour
- 1,5 teaspoons of baking powder
- 30g butter
- 50g of sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 125ml of milk
- 1 a shot of vodka
Additionally:
- oil for frying
- powder sugar for sprinkling
To the mixer bowl sift flour with baking powder, add butter, cut into chunks, sugar, salt, eggs, milk and vodka. Knead all the ingredients so, give rise to a smooth dough. Watch a little kleiło so dosypałam 1/4 glass (250ml) of flour.
In a large saucepan or fryer heat up the oil to a temperature of 175 ° C. I do not have a thermometer, So heats the oil and check throwing bread crust – emerges as, this means, that the oil is sufficiently heated.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2 mm thickness, cut squares the size of 3x3cm. Put into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Ready to draw squares on a paper towel and then still warm sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Bozener I did on several occasions – for different types of events and “on the blues”:):) I love them. The only thing I can say, I prefer to fry them as I have someone to help. They are so short in this oil, that with the help of a second person, which puts them into a saucepan, or pulls it goes far more efficiently;)

I made these boxes with small modifications, namely vodka instead of vinegar and instead gave gave half a cup of milk sour thick cream…came out DELICIOUS! Very cool, fast rule. Great alternative to faworków, that I love. I just wonder why only 1/3 cakes came out correctly or panels, as if the other did not grow, and with them were thin pancakes 🙁
