- 250g flour
- 20g of fresh yeast

Filling:

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 50g melted butter
For mixing bowl sift the flour, make a hole in it, Pour the crushed yeast, sugar, salt and pour half the hot milk. Mix lightly with a little flour so, in order to create consistency of thick cream. Allow to stand for 15 -20 minutes. In the remaining milk, melt the butter. After this time, when the solution moves, Pour the rest of the milk and butter and mix smooth and elastic dough. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise at room temperature 1- 1,5 hours.
Peel the apples, Cut the slot and cut into small cubes. Stir in the cinnamon. Melt butter.
Ready to roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring 40×25 cm in diameter. Spread on top of melted butter, Sprinkle brown sugar evenly and put apples. Close to roulade. Cut into 9 equal pieces. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let stand covered for 20 minutes. After this time, spread egg rolls rozmąconym. You can sprinkle with coarse sugar.
Bake at 195 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Buns fantastic. They do not require too much involvement, and they go perfectly. Just as butter recipe I was looking for. Earlier experiments ended in melt-goo (tasty, but it can not be rolling out, whether the form of rolls).
I accidentally changed the quantity of apples (the momentum peeled too much) and my “ślimaki” had more fruit than cake – I recommend – also delicious.
The only drawback is fast disappearing rolls… It remains after them only beautiful scent 🙂
