Ingredients:

  • 500g milled curd at least twice (I used to Piątnicy wiaderkowego)
  • 500g ricotta cheese evening
  • 1/2 glass caster sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 400g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 glass of poppy seeds

Lemon curd:

  • abraded skin and juice squeezed 3 cytryn
  • 75g butter
  • 250g of sugar
  • 3 large eggs

Additionally:

  • small amount of poppy seeds to sprinkle the top of the cheesecake

Bottom 24cm diameter springform pan with parchment paper for baking, and together with the sides carefully smear grease. The bottom and sides of the spill thoroughly poppy seeds, zsypując excess back to the other seeds.

Cottage cheese and ricotta blend smoothly. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Then add one by one eggs, mixing after each, but not for long. Finally, add the remaining poppy seeds and mix gently with a spatula. The finished weight transfer to the prepared springform pan.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C., Insert the cheesecake and bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160 ° C and bake for another 40 minutes. I had to extend the time to 1 hours, because after 40 minutes of my cheesecake was baked. After this time the oven off, repeal the door and cool cheesecake. Then remove and cool to the end. Put on cold cream cheesecake and spread evenly. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Cool in the refrigerator.

Prepare cream:

The heat-resistant bowl placed over a pair of warm sugar, butter, zest and juice of lemons. Mix, until sugar is dissolved and the whole will be warm. Eggs exactly fluff and add to the warm ground. Heat, stirring constantly until, until the mixture begins to stick to the spoon. It is a sign, the eggs thickened. Be very careful, heat not to place undue weight, because the eggs may be cut. Cream ready to leave for a while to cool down, then spread on a cold cheesecake.

Lemon curd, nevertheless, with brown sugar on – sensational. While the cheesecake itself seems to be a bit bland. I used cheese country “from the hostess” – not so sour, as the store – and perhaps it somehow changed the taste. But certainly, I make yet another attempt of carving taste.

I have a question – What, if at all I can replace condensed milk??? milk maker?? fondant??? and lemon curd mousse or alternatively galeratką strawberries with strawberry or gelatin??? that it will taste good??? would not want to spoil the taste of cheesecake.

I have a question – or condensed milk can replace heavy cream or milk that 7,5% Coffee?? or because the taste has to be condensed milk??? or lemon curd can be replaced with strawberries zmiksowanymi with the addition of jelly or gelatin truskowakowej??

I now have a conundrum- sorki for trywilane question – what it takes to be a condensed milk?? I looked on the net and it turned out, that condensed milk is like coffee and tea… which according to your recipe it is to be?? what brand?? sweetened or not???

Hello,
I really enjoyed. I like weird sour taste. I made lemon curd with brown sugar (Such obsession, that white sugar is white death) and did not have the bright yellow color, but was shockingly sour for me that is delicious.
