Ingredients for the sponge:
- 6 large eggs (separate the yolk and the egg white)
- 1 1/3 glass caster sugar *
- 10 tablespoons oil
- 10 tablespoons of water
- 1,5 glass of flour
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Beat egg whites until stiff, at the end of churning add the sugar in batches. Then add egg yolks turn, whisking thoroughly after each. Oh and add the water and mix. Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Add weight and gently mix (I do it at the lowest speed mixer).

Weight coconut:
- 3 glass of milk [250ml] (750 ml)
- 350g desiccated coconut
- 3/4 glass of sugar
- 250g butter (I gave 200g)
- 2 full tablespoons cornstarch
In a saucepan, bring to the boil 2,5 glass of milk [250ml]. In the remaining milk, cornstarch spread. To pour the boiling coconut milk, sugar and butter. Mix thoroughly, boil to dissolve the sugar and the butter. Pour the remaining milk with the flour and cook potato, with constant stirring, until the mixture begins to thicken.

Masa toffi:
- 1 krówkowej weight of the finished box at room temperature (I used the weight of his favorite Gostyn, 510g tin)
- 200g butter
Additionally:
- 200g coarsely chopped walnuts
Mixer beat the butter on the bright and fluffy. Batch add weight krówkową, mixing all the time. The finished weight put on top of the other countertop sponge cake. Cake and I did several times, it is delicious. Both the mass of sponge cake and always go flawlessly. However, it is up to the sweet and I was thinking about some-breaking addition – perhaps a layer of raspberry jam or preserves? Maybe sprinkling alcohol sponge cake? Please comment:)
