Some time ago I showed up for my first blog bajaderki. But recently when I was baking a sponge cake, So I decided to use it. Those were dark bajaderki, Today I have for you a clear proposal on a variety of these tiny sweets. You do use their old grandmother, sponge cake, cake, that did not work, or just plain biscuits. Because of the additions which I used to do these bajaderek, they taste like little marcepanki. They are delicious and very quick to do. I recommend a very!
And from the next entry should no longer do festively…
Ingredients for approximately 30 pieces:
- 250g light sponge cake (may be biscuits and other cakes that we have)
- 250g ground almonds
- 200g mascarpone
- 100g white chocolate melted in a water bath
- 50g desiccated coconut
- tablespoon rum (you can skip)
- 50g chopped into small pieces of marzipan (or grated on a coarse mesh)
Additionally:
- color, sprinkles
- desiccated coconut
- grated white chocolate
Sponge crush blender or by hand into small pieces, place into a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix into a homogeneous mass. Put in the fridge for 1-2 hours to cool – it will be easier to form balls. With cold mass tear small pieces and form walnut-sized balls. Ready bajaderki coat in color posypkach. You can first melt some white chocolate, pour it bajaderki, and then sprinkle posypkami. For me it would be too sweet.
Ready bajaderki refrigerate.
Enjoy!
