Ingredients:
- 270g of wheat flour
- 250g butter
- 5 spoonfuls of thick cream (I used 18%)
- yolk
- 1 egg white for brushing
- coarse sugar for sprinkling cookies
All the ingredients knead and roll out. Trim cookies quite thick (thin is not so good, rozwarstwiają not so nice) and arrange on a baking tray lined with paper to pieczenia. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with coarse sugar quite.
Bake at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes until light golden brown.

Beautiful cookies! They remind me of those, I did along with my mother, when I was a little boy.
