I did have a lot of cheesecakes. I saw a lot of different. But with such as this to meet for the first time. Did you have cheesecake with cooked pudding? I do not. So I could not resist when I spotted just such a provision. I did not know, what to expect, I only hope, that the taste will surprise me and I will not regret. And… Exactly… What do you think? Well, of course, I'm delighted! The cheesecake is very fluffy, delicate, similar in taste as if to say – light cheesecake – puddings foam, but also compact. For me the bomb. A blueberry supplement adds to its character. I recommend you very much!

A cheesecake I made specially for my brother, who bear a grudge forever, that I do not care for him properly, So this time we tried. My brother is diabetic, So instead of sugar, I used fructose, Of course I gave at the bottom the cereal biscuits, and the cheese is low fat. I hope, that his blood sugar levels after consumption of that cheesecake is not suddenly jump up:)

The recipe comes from the blog Olga Smile .
