Refrigerator groaned with fruit. Beautiful raspberries, great, juicy blackberries, berries and fresh blueberries. Since I began to have severe stomach ache, I had to find a use for so many goodies. And of course the big problem I had, because now everywhere is full of delicious fruit cakes. This cake, however, won the competition, because it is different. Fragile back and sides, and filling in the middle of the slaughtered egg whites, almonds and lots of fruit. I really liked the close and disappear at a rapid pace. I recommend!

Ingredients for pastry:
- 125g cold butter or margarine
- 1,5 * cups flour
- 1 1 egg
- 1/3 glass of sugar
For these components to knead the dough quickly, ok chill in the refrigerator. 1 hour. The bottom of the springform pan with a diameter of 24cm parchment paper for baking, Grease the sides of the fat. Refrigerated dough put the bottom and sides of springform pan.
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar (I gave a real vanilla)
- at 200g currants, i jagód Malin, washed and osączonych (time to be 600g of fruit, for me were the berries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
- 200g ground almonds
- 5 tablespoons of potato flour (with a slight hill)
- fruits for garnishing
- powdered sugar for sprinkling dough
Egg white with a pinch of salt beat stiff, at the end add the sugar in batches. Then add the potato flour and ground almonds. Gently mix. At the end stir in fruit. The weight put into the prepared cake tin. Align.
Bake at temp. 170° C for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool. Serve with fruit, You can sprinkle with powdered sugar. As well it will taste a blob of whipped cream, but the thought, as I ate:)
