Either the price was not so, or the machine does not meet the criteria. Finally hired a nice and affordable, and as has already proved very respectable. Cookies came first class, though not without obstacles. Initially, the dough did not want to work with me. I mean, it was plastic but did not want to peel off the razor. A while it cools in the fridge and the problem disappeared. A same cookies just melt in your mouth. And probably for many of you, have a nice memory of childhood. I recommend you very much!
I tested two recipes and today I present to you the provision of Margarytki.
Ingredients for approximately 120 cakes:
- 3 * glass cake flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 250g butter, softened
- 4 yolk
- ¾ glass powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar with real vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste (or vanilla extract)
- 3 tablespoons of oil
Sift flour into a bowl, baking powder and powdered sugar. Then add the egg yolks, soft butter, oil and vanilla sugar and knead flexible, soft dough. If too much kleiło, podsypać flour. If necessary, slightly cooled in a refrigerator. Dough ready to translate to razor. Squeeze the metal plate lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180 ° C for 10 – 12 minutes, to a nice golden brown. Remove from the oven, Leave to cool on the baking tray.
