Ingredients 15 mini-cheesecakes:
The bottom of biscuit:
- 100g of crushed biscuits, cocoa
- 30g melted butter

- 200g ricotty

All the ingredients except eggs placed in a mixer bowl and blend until smooth. Add eggs and mix to combine ingredients. Put the cheese into prepared papilotek.
Bake at 160 ° C for 40 minutes. Cool briefly in the oven, then remove and cool on a wire rack. Decorate with melted chocolate. Serniczki taste as good warm, and cooled down to the end and chilled.
