The recipe comes from the book "Baking cakes'.

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 100g ground hazelnuts
- 150g flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons dark rum (this is my initiative)
- 200g of chocolate powder (I gave 150g)
- 300g cherries (I gave frozen)
Butter until light and fluffy and sugar, light weight, gradually add one yolk. Then, still mixing add lemon zest, cynamon, ground almonds and hazelnuts. Mix thoroughly. Then add flour and mix thoroughly. Whip egg whites to stiff froth and gently mix with the dough. Finally add the chocolate cake powder and mix thoroughly.
26cm diameter cake tin with grease smear and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (I spilled almonds mielonymi). Transfer the dough to form and align. Sort out the cherries on top.
Bake at 190 ° C for about 60 – 70 minutes, or what is called a dry stick. While cool, then remove the rim and cool to the end.
Believe dough generously sprinkled with powdered sugar, placed on top of a paper napkin to cake and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
